Teaching young children what to do if they get lost or experience stranger trouble can be a challenge. It’s difficult to discuss the problem without your students becoming frightened or thinking everyone is “out to get them.”
Ron Pearson’s Street Safe Magic Show is designed to teach street proofing in a fun, non-threatening and memorable way. It uses magic, comedy and participation from the audience to show your students what to do if they get lost, who they can trust and how to avoid stranger trouble.
Colouring sheets are provided that reinforce the message, and the children’s parents receive information on how to reinforce the safety rules at home.
